Guess Its Meant To Be

After talking to my mom regarding the two deleted posts of the ones i made earlier which sparked true controversy like hot selling cakes. i hereby would like to seize myself from all the trouble i have caused to myself and the said caterer.

I need to justify again that yes, their food was good tasting and the decor and setting was nicely made. That would be a full kudos. 

I do not have any objections nor would i be obliged to recommend the particular service as far as my own experience is concerned. It is only appropriate for me here to express my sincere apology to what has happened to the service provider as because of my negative review, they have lost a potential customer.

I would however advise strongly to the service provider to improve on their PR skills and treat customers well eventhough the customer can be hard on them as this is their nature of business. This is as a word of advise, not condemn.

I hereby announce this case closed.



....and  i can get back to studying...

i hereby announce that as a PR student, that from my perspective they are very much at lost. By threatening customer will only bring harm than good.

I read once in my marketing books, when it comes to customer... RULE Number 1: Customer ALWAYS right! RULE Number 2: if a customer ever wrong, please refer back to rule number 1.

Kesimpulan nya, customer always right ;)

Have faith Kay dear, someday the truth will reveal itself! AMIN.

im lost, and since you;ve deleted the earliers posts than i can just guess. vendors vendors, customers are ALWAYS right. second that ZARA. (kerja aku dok menyecond je hari hari).
