hi,
 if i want this kind of buttercream  4 tiers/3 tiers (as attached)  how much wil it be?

 (halal ingredients ONLY)
if as attached but fondant?
bangsar, 27 nov 2010 is the event.
 color, grey-white-pink..
 diffrent flavors each tier.

The first picture, which is the four tier cake. I estimated the quote to be between rm1,5000.00 - rm 1,800.00.

As for the second picture, a three tier with flowers, that would be a higher estimate, minimum RM1,800.00. Judging from the picture, the cake sizes seemed bigger with fresh flowers.

 Just for your information, if you are incline to request fresh flowers as part of your wedding cake design, you would have to sigh a "Life and Death" agreement. This is because fresh flowers can be toxic and if these toxins get absorbed into the cake, it can turn poisonous. 

Therefore, is any client still insist in fresh flowers be incorporated in their cake even after being informed of it's possible affects, the client is required to sign the said document as a security measure.

* for fresh flowers it is not recommended to use butter cream as a topping as the pollen form the flowers might contaminate the butter cream.

As for the flavours of the cake you can have it anyway you want. Different flavour for each tier or a mix of different flavour per tier and so on.

Choffles only specialized in fondant icing wedding cake, butter cream is not advisable.

2 tier – 5kg – RM700 for 50 to 60 pax
2 tier - 6kg – RM800 for 60 to 80 pax
3 tier - 10kg – RM1300 for 100 to 150 pax

4 tier - 18kg – RM2000 for 180 to 230 pax

5 tier - 35kg – RM4000 for 300 to 400 pax

Flavor - Butter, Chocolate mud, mocca butter, fruit, marble, chocolate,  carrot cheese, lemon butter and etc.

kay...kalau cake nie decu guna butter cream dlm ada cake sponge...layernya...butter cream okkalau fondant cake dlmnya gunakan cake buah atau pun cake butter choc ke atau ikut pilihan perasa cake apa u nak ...dan juga layer cake tu blh letak b.cream...harga adala berbeza2 kalau b.cream muarah kalau fondant mahal sktla sebab ada guna mazipan didlm seblm kita bungkus dgn fondant

kalau fondant cake dlm gambar tu..Rm420 ada dua layer cake (butter cake atau fruit cake)+mazipan+fondant
